The Gallucci winery wine tasting and lunch event was a resounding success. I kept hearing a lot of laughter and lip smacking. Always a good sign. It was a beautifully warm and pleasant afternoon with a warm breeze caressing the diners on the balcony overlooking the vineyard. It felt like being in Tuscany, without the expense.
The outdoor pizza oven was a nice touch and produced an exceptionally tasty pizza. Other food choices prepared in the Kitchen were also of the finest quality.
It was a great opportunity to get to know other Probus members and hear their stories. Some of these stories cannot be repeated in print but suffice it to say, you had to be there. The more of these events I go to, the more I realize how lucky I am to be part of an organization with such welcoming and stimulating members.
Consider participating in the future and help me in convincing Malcolm to write a little slice of history for all of us to enjoy.
